Job Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction across Australia's mining operations. As a key member of the Customer Support division, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional project teams and managing stakeholder expectations.

Key aspects of this position include:

  • Project management: Lead end-to-end delivery of Transformation projects that drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Cross-functional leadership: Manage cross-functional project teams, mitigate risk, and ensure delivery of high-impact initiatives on time, within scope, and budget
  • Stakeholder engagement: Partner nationally and globally with senior leaders to translate long-term vision into actionable roadmaps

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Leadership experience: Proven experience navigating large-scale organisational change and transformation
  • Project management: Demonstrated ability to lead complex, high-impact projects in large organisations or complex environments
  • Change management: Strong change management experience, including stakeholder engagement, operational capability, problem-solving, and risk management skills
  • Educational background: A degree in Business, Finance, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Process) or Project Management
  • Industry experience: Experience working across mining, manufacturing, logistics, or related industries
