  • Manage staff performance, including conducting regular performance reviews and providing support for ongoing development.
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans based on residents' specific needs and conditions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor of Nursing with current unrestricted registration.
  • Current valid First Aid and CPR Certificates.
  • Maintain up-to-date professional and ethical practice in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Valid and current Police Certificate.
  • COVID-19 vaccinations x 2 and current flu vaccination highly recommended.
  • Experience in aged care and willingness to undertake ongoing mandatory training.
