• As a nursing leader, you will be responsible for operational and professional leadership, management, and delivery of nursing services.
• The successful candidate will lead the ongoing design, planning, development, implementation and management of nursing workforce strategies.

• Provide advanced level leadership, management and organisational skills including comprehensive analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Negotiate, influence and gain support from appropriate stakeholders to reach patient care focused solutions and organisational outcomes.
• Manage change and support team members through the implementation of change initiatives.
• Lead clinical units in the development, implementation and evaluation of systems and processes which ensure quality evidence-informed nursing care.

• Mandatory possession of a nursing qualification from a registered tertiary institution or completion of an approved hospital training program as a Registered Nurse.
• Registration with the relevant health practitioner regulation agency with a current annual practicing certificate is essential.
