Land Tenure Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Tenure Coordinator to join our administrative team. As a key member, you will oversee the preparation, review and management of land tenure arrangements between Council and various community, sporting and recreational organisations across the city.

You will work closely with these organisations to facilitate sustainable and effective utilisation of community facilities. Your strong time management skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders will be crucial in this role.

This position requires collaboration with various teams and external partners to ensure compliance with policy and legislative requirements. You will provide expert advice and guidance on land tenure matters to support the delivery of Council's services.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about community engagement and quality customer service.
