Mining Tenure Coordinator

Ensure the effective management and maintenance of tenures in accordance with legislative requirements.
Administer mining and exploration tenures, licenses, and permits. Monitor tenure compliance with state legislation, conditions, and reporting obligations.
Coordinate and prepare tenure applications, renewals, variations, and surrenders.
Maintain accurate tenure registers and ensure data integrity.
Support stakeholder engagement requirements regarding tenure matters.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Experience in tenure management, land administration, or related fields within the mining/resources sector.
- Knowledge of QLD mining tenure, compliance, and Indigenous land access requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in tenure management systems and MS Office Suite.
