Job Title: Support Services CoordinatorWe are seeking a highly organised and collaborative individual to join our team as a Support Services Coordinator.
  1. Coordinate staff schedules and fill vacant shifts to ensure seamless operations
  2. Provide onboarding support and compliance for new staff and volunteers, ensuring they meet all necessary requirements
  3. Maintain accurate records of resident admissions, transfers, and discharges, using databases to generate fee quotes
  4. Manage administrative tasks, including accounts payable, banking, and record archiving
  5. Act as the first point of contact for residents, families, and suppliers, providing exceptional customer service

Certificate III in Business or equivalent experience is required, along with a minimum of 2 years in administration or business support. Strong time-management and computer skills are essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
