Support Services Coordinator

- Coordinate staff schedules and fill vacant shifts to ensure seamless operations
- Provide onboarding support and compliance for new staff and volunteers, ensuring they meet all necessary requirements
- Maintain accurate records of resident admissions, transfers, and discharges, using databases to generate fee quotes
- Manage administrative tasks, including accounts payable, banking, and record archiving
- Act as the first point of contact for residents, families, and suppliers, providing exceptional customer service
Certificate III in Business or equivalent experience is required, along with a minimum of 2 years in administration or business support. Strong time-management and computer skills are essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
