Leading Project Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple concurrent projects across the entire project lifecycle, from conception to delivery. This role requires a strong leader who can manage and resolve complex issues and risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively lead project teams to ensure consistency, accuracy and quality of project information and cost management on all assigned projects.
- Manage asset upgrades, minor works and improvement projects, ranging in size and complexity.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Proven experience in project management, delivering large and multi-faceted projects is essential.
- Leadership/management experience and stakeholder engagement are highly beneficial.
- Minimum 5+ years industry experience in design and construction project delivery, working within integrated teams and/or alliances, NEC4 contract administration and managing complex stakeholders.
Benefits:
- Flexible working arrangements available with expectation of full-time office attendance plus site visits as needed.
- Experience with administering NEC4 contracts preferred but not required.
- No prior government experience necessary, but experience in public sector program offices is highly valued.
