Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our new store/new site projects. This is a full-time role that involves the on-time and on-budget delivery of these projects.

The ideal candidate will own the national roll-out program and all property projects from lease signing through design, construction, and opening. They will also serve as a trusted partner and advisor to various teams within the organization.

A typical day for this position may include managing external contractors, visiting new sites to inspect works, reviewing working drawings, meeting with architects and engineers, leading project alignment meetings, presenting to leadership, and reviewing project invoices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage external contractors in the delivery of build programs
  • Inspect new sites to ensure quality and timeliness
  • Review and finalize working drawings
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers on new store design planning
  • Lead regular project rollout alignment meetings with internal stakeholders
  • Present project status to leadership
  • Review project invoices against contractor quotes
About You

To succeed in this role, you will have a mix of experience in project management, particularly in retail/hospitality sectors, with a focus on new store/site openings, construction management, shopfitting programs, and store design processes.
