**Job Opportunity:**

 

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Planning and Operations professional to lead our APJ team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or strategic planning.

 

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing and delivering strategic initiatives in APJ, including OKR development, resource planning, and performance monitoring.
  • Optimizing our Salesforce Sales Cloud instance, building automation, workflows, and scalable reporting for sales and customer success teams.
  • Identifying and driving process improvements across Revenue Operations, with a focus on efficiency, visibility, and data integrity.

 

Additionally, the successful candidate will have:

  • Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, including workflow design, automation, and reporting.
  • Data Science skills desired.
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to working with cross-functional stakeholders across time zones.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
