Project Governance Specialist

The Project Governance Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful delivery of Stage 3 of the project. This position provides high-level administrative, governance, and operational support to the project team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Compliance with governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of governance documentation, including project status reports, steering committee papers, and briefing notes.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure governance requirements are met and maintained.
  • Support the project team in managing approvals, escalations, and reporting processes.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the project team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes.
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and distribution of project documentation, including reports, plans, and presentations.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Support the development and maintenance of project registers, including risk, issue, and decision registers.
  • Provide Records Management Support for the project team.
  • Regularly monitor and report on project performance against key performance measures.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • High level of communication skills to coordinate and collate project information.
  • Undertake any other duties relevant to the competency level of the position as required.
