Job Overview:

At our organization, we are seeking a skilled Engineering Manager to join our team in Exmouth, Western Australia. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the engineering integrity of systems, equipment, and supporting infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Definition, deployment, and enforcement of engineering processes
  • Exercising Engineering Authority in accordance with defined engineering processes
  • Liaison with departmental leaders to ensure all systems are monitored and supported
  • Manage technical analysis for desired reliability and maintainability outcomes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline
  • At least eight years of professional engineering experience
  • Experience in Engineering and project-engineering management
  • Leadership experience in technical disciplines and staff

To succeed in this role, you must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
