The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in senior executive roles, ideally in regulatory or human rights contexts, with outstanding leadership, strategic influence, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement national communications, media, campaigns, and engagement strategies to achieve measurable communication outcomes.
  2. Oversee educational resources for NDIS providers and workers explaining their obligations under the Code of Conduct.
  3. Foster strong relationships with governments and the disability sector to drive collaboration and shared goals.
  4. Ensure all communications are inclusive and accessible, adhering to WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
  5. Explore new digital opportunities and platforms to enhance the Commission's communications and engagement approaches.
