We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Civil Business Lead to drive project execution and effectively coordinate technical personnel.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in managing budgets, timelines, and resources to consistently exceed client expectations. With a strong focus on revenue generation and successful project delivery, the Senior Civil Business Lead will also be passionate about optimizing team performance and achieving strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance Systems and Processes: To improve business efficiency and productivity by streamlining existing systems and procedures.
- Project Management: Oversee project schedules and budgets to ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery of all projects across WA.
- Resource Coordination: Effectively manage and coordinate internal and external project resources to ensure seamless project execution.
- Reporting and Compliance: Ensure Project Managers complete all activities, including invoicing and forecasting, and oversee monthly reporting to the COO.
- Leadership and Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of the company's strategic and operational goals, provide leadership to align technical capabilities with organizational needs, and participate in workforce planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: Extensive experience in senior management positions within the industry, with a strong or developing background in management roles.
- Commercial Awareness: Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business dynamics, with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills to motivate and lead a dynamic senior leadership team, build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors, and industry peers.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with problem-solving skills to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
