As a Seasonal Valet and Car Park Team Member, you'll be part of a dynamic team that brings joy and excitement to our customers' shopping experiences. Our team members are the face of our Westfield destination, providing exceptional service and creating memorable moments for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a seamless experience for our customers and retailers.
  • Greet and assist customers on arrival and departure, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Support valet services by helping guests with parking, opening car doors, and assisting them as they exit their vehicles.
  • Provide traffic management and navigational assistance during busy periods in the car park.
What Sets Our Team Members Apart
  • They're always ready to go the extra mile for our customers and retailers, enhancing their experience.
  • They're confident in providing customers with assistance in a busy retail setting.
  • They have a full open driver's license (Manual/Auto/International).
  • They're available for shifts from October to February, including late-night, weekend, and public holiday trading.

This is a seasonal casual role, offering a fantastic opportunity to be part of the festive season within our Westfield destinations. The position runs from October 2024 to January/February 2025, with shifts based on scheduling needs.
