Automotive Electrical Technology Trainer and Assessor

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Electrical Technology Trainer and Assessor to join our dynamic team.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a rapidly expanding Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that delivers high-quality education and training in the automotive industry.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to design, prepare, deliver, and assess vocational education and training programs for students in various areas of automotive electrical technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for automotive electrical technology apprenticeships and Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology courses.
  • Conduct workplace training and assessment for students in accordance with company policies and delivery methods.
  • Research and adapt innovative learning practices and delivery options to enhance student learning experiences.
  • Promote and market services to prospective clients in the automotive industry.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years technical experience as an Automotive Mechanic.
  • 1 year experience in delivering classroom-based training.
  • Trainee and apprentice supervision and training experience is highly regarded.
  • Must possess AUR30320 - Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology or equivalent.
  • Certificate IV Training and Assessment is preferred but can be provided through additional training if required.
