We are seeking a highly skilled Product Trainer to join our team. As a Product Trainer, you will play a crucial role in delivering training sessions to sales teams, focusing on product knowledge and technical information of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training sessions to sales teams, covering product knowledge and technical information of vehicles.
- Adapt training methods to engage diverse learning styles and needs effectively.
- Break down complex technical details into practical knowledge that sales teams can confidently communicate to customers.
- Stay updated on the latest vehicle advancements, software updates, and technical features to ensure training remains current.
Requirements:
- Qualifications in Australia with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Education, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive, EV, or technology sector is highly regarded.
- Previous experience in facilitating training sessions, public speaking, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
