Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join our team at Chandler Macleod. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management accounting and financial reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate and timely financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, including monthly financial results and annual statutory accounts.
- Ensure compliance with BAS/GST regulations and prepare Aged Care Compliance Reporting on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial services.
- Collaborate with the Finance Business Partner to develop and implement financial projects, including ERP software upgrades and enhancements.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree in Accounting, Commerce, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in financial management and analysis.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large ERP systems.
