Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join our team at Chandler Macleod Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management accounting and financial reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the delivery of accurate and timely month-end processing, including detailed analysis, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Provide information and support for fortnightly payroll to outsourced providers.
- Present monthly financial results to the senior management team.
- Ensure BAS/GST compliance.
- Prepare Aged Care Compliance Reporting on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Assist the Finance Business Partner with finance projects, including ERP software upgrades and enhancements.
- Prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Input and support on business cases, scenario analysis, and ad hoc project work.
- Hold degree-level qualifications in Accounting, Commerce, or equivalent.
- Have excellent communication skills and be a collaborative problem solver.
- Have demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in similar tasks.
- Have advanced Excel skills and the ability to interpret and analyse complex data.
- Have experience working with large ERP systems and system improvement projects.
- Have experience in the Aged Care industry (highly desirable).
- Have experience leading teams.
