We are seeking a solution-focused, curious, and analytical professional to join our Service Delivery Team in Perth. This individual will partner with customers to find solutions and deliver efficiencies within their supply chains. They will develop a deep understanding of customer requirements within their dedicated portfolio and provide valuable insights and expertise to navigate the complexities of the logistics environment and solve problems quickly.

This role involves determining customer needs to deliver customer-centric and solution-driven outcomes, maintaining strong relationships at multiple stakeholder levels, both internally and externally, and collaborating closely with customers to ensure project goals and timelines are met, service levels are maintained, and annual NPS scores are achieved.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Account Manager, preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics Management, or a related service industry. They will possess excellent prioritization and organizational skills, exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, and a willingness and ability to support customers at all levels.

To succeed in this role, you should be able to think strategically and critically, demonstrating business acumen and a customer-centric approach. You will also need to be highly organized and self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
