**Disability Support Worker Roles - Residential Care Opportunity**

We are seeking experienced support workers to join our team, providing person-centred care to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting.

The role involves supporting clients with various aspects of their daily living, including meal planning and preparation, medication management, cleaning and personal care. As a Disability Support Worker, you will be working across weekdays, weekends and nights, with no two days being the same.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Providing individualised support to clients, promoting independence and autonomy
  • Assisting with personal care, transfers and dressing
  • Meal planning, preparation and cooking
  • Dispensing and managing medications
  • Cleaning, washing clothes and shopping
