About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Residential Care Worker to join our team. As a Residential Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting residents with daily living activities
  • Providing emotional support and companionship
  • Coordinating admissions and responding to resident queries
  • Ensuring services are delivered to meet resident needs
The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards
