Job Title: Senior Design Manager for Modular Projects
We're seeking an experienced leader to oversee the design and delivery of innovative modular projects. You'll be responsible for managing documentation, coordinating designers, engineers, and consultants, and ensuring compliance with industry codes and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and coordinate modular home design from concept to delivery
- Manage a team of designers, engineers, and consultants
- Ensure compliance with codes and regulations
- Work closely with project managers and factory/site teams
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Qualification in Architecture, Construction Management, or Design
- Strong knowledge of Australian codes & NCC
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, or ArchiCAD
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
