The Opportunity

This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects from planning through to completion. As Construction Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring all works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and mentoring a dynamic team to achieve project goals and maintain a positive workplace culture.
  • Overseeing all aspects of modular home construction, including site preparation, building installation, and final handover.
  • Managing budgets and cost control measures to meet financial targets.
  • Ensuring projects are completed within agreed timeframes and meet quality expectations.
  • Implementing and maintaining workplace health and safety procedures, ensuring compliance with all WHS legislation and company policies.
  • Applying a clear understanding of modern construction methods, the National Construction Code (NCC), and relevant building standards.
  • Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Managing risk, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Conducting site inspections and quality assurance checks throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Current White Card.
  • Extensive experience in modular home construction and project management.
  • Strong understanding of building installations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction methodologies, WHS practices, and NCC building codes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Takes pride in delivering quality workmanship with strong attention to detail.
  • Brings a proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Leads with integrity, enjoys working as part of a team, and helping guide other team members.
