About our business

Key Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Advisory Professional to provide excellent customer service, build business partnerships, and achieve sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Offer agricultural advisory services and sales support to clients
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through technical advice
  • Sources new customers to meet branch KPIs and sales goals
  • Manage inventory, including ordering, receipting, stocktake, and dispatch
  • Process sales and generate quotes
  • Deliver products to customers

About You

  • You will need to be enthusiastic and self-motivated with great customer service and sales experience
  • Able to meet deadlines while balancing a range of work and have a keen interest in an agricultural environment
  • Strong customer service and sales experience
  • Experience working in a rural retail and warehousing environment (highly desirable)
  • Demonstrated understanding of the rural industry
  • Technical skills in Agricultural Science, Animal Health, or Agronomy (an advantage)
  • Demonstrated excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy skills including Microsoft Office, POS, and administration skills
  • Physically fit to perform the manual handling aspects of the role
  • A strong focus on Work Health & Safety
  • Forklift licence or willingness to get one
