We are working exclusive with Hartecs Group to source a Manager who is looking for more ownership where they can leverage their existing skills and networks to build and shape an Advisory team as the company continues to grow.
This is such an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional to have a seat at the leadership table and be able to influence the strategic direction of business with the projects that Hartecs target and deliver.
**The Accountabilities**
As the Manager leading the
**Infrastructure Advisory** team you will have an impact in establishing a business strategy, business development activities, leveraging networks to win work, delivering infrastructure projects and managing a growing team.
You will utilise your highly analytical, written and technical capabilities to provide qualitative and quantitative advice to clients that supports their infrastructure investment decision making; project structuring, financing and risk analysis, and financial and commercial strategies that drive value for money outcomes.
**The Right Fit**
You will have experience in providing strategic, financial, transactional or commercial advice in respect to infrastructure projects, strategy and/or transaction advisory across transport and other industries and be confident stepping into the role of leading and growing the Infrastructure Advisory team.
You will have a background in transport, health, community and/or social infrastructure projects providing similar services.
With demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and key stakeholder relationships, you will have an understanding of the current issues, risks and opportunities associated with infrastructure projects and an understanding of the methodology of what is required to deliver a successful project.
