The Cadet Program is a comprehensive 2-year development opportunity designed for motivated individuals seeking a career in construction. As a member of our project team, you will receive strong direction and exposure to diverse projects, working alongside subject matter experts and a designated mentor.

This immersive program includes completing core disciplines and achieving defined learning outcomes in streams such as Engineering, Design, On-site Contracts Administration, Estimating & Site Supervision. You will have access to professional and technical development activities throughout the year, networking days with industry experts, and early entry talent cohort knowledge sharing opportunities.

To be eligible for the program, applicants must:

  • Be in their second-last or last year of a relevant qualification
  • Australian / New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency
  • Credit Grade Average
  • Ability to commence a 4-day working week (1 day Study) within a short timeframe
  • Driver's License (Provisional or Full)
