We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Career Development Trainee. As a key member of our Plumbing Brunswick branch, you will be working closely with our experienced staff to deliver exceptional customer service and support the day-to-day operations of the business.

The Role:

  • Completing all requirements of your certificate or training program
  • Supporting sales and managing stock levels effectively
  • Taking phone calls, answering queries, and communicating with customers and colleagues
  • Developing product knowledge and providing follow-up services to customers
  • Maintaining a high standard of professionalism in our branch

  • You can follow instructions and work well under supervision
  • You have enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow
  • You are a team player and enjoy working collaboratively with others

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to gain valuable work experience and develop their skills in a dynamic environment. As a Career Development Trainee, you will work approximately one and a half days per week and be required to have Saturday availability. Additional hours during school holidays are available and recommended to support your progress and development.
