**Business Development Trainee Program**

We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our 12-month traineeship, providing comprehensive on-the-job training and support. Throughout this program, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in business operations.

This traineeship offers a unique blend of theoretical and practical learning, enabling you to earn while you learn. You will work at your own pace, gaining valuable experience and insights into business management.

As a business development trainee, your key responsibilities will include supporting internal staff, contributing to office management functions, and assisting with general administration duties. Key areas of focus will be:

  • Handling enquiries and responding to customer inquiries
  • Creating and maintaining databases to track key performance indicators
  • Managing records and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Performing basic accounting tasks to ensure financial accuracy

Upon completion of the traineeship, you will possess a nationally recognised qualification in Business and have developed strong communication, organisational, and time management skills.
