Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Apprentice and Trainee Supervisor. As the largest employer of apprentices in the industry, we offer comprehensive training, coaching, mentoring, and support to help you excel both professionally and personally.

About You

The ideal candidate will be friendly, positive, and adaptable, with excellent multi-tasking abilities, high-level communication skills, and the ability to respond quickly and professionally to changing situations. If you have a trade background or experience in Group Training, Labour Hire, Recruitment, Youth Work, Social Work, or other environments focused on client service, this role may be an excellent fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, support, and guidance to apprentices and trainees as they work towards successful completion of their apprenticeship/traineeship.
  • Closely monitor progress, development, and performance of each apprentice or trainee, making regular site visits, seeking feedback, implementing improvement strategies, and measuring against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and manage strong, transparent relationships with host employers to ensure they are fully engaged and active participants in the apprentice's or trainee's on-the-job learning and development.
  • Record case notes and maintain all relevant information in line with legislative requirements.
  • Some out-of-hours work required to attend events, networking, and career expos.
