Job Title

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves providing technical information to customers, registering projects for quoting, and supporting finance with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound phone calls and provide technical information to customers
  • Register projects for quoting and assist project management and estimation teams
  • Support finance with administrative tasks
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining the sales inbox
Requirements
  • Customer-focused approach and commitment to providing a high-quality service
  • Strong communication skills and excellent phone manner
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry (preferred)
