Job Title: Senior Development Acquisitions Manager

The primary objective of this role is to lead the acquisition and development of residential properties in key locations across Australia. This involves conducting complex feasibility studies, analyzing financial data, identifying potential risks, and providing recommendations to senior management.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in property acquisition and development, with advanced knowledge of relevant planning frameworks and due diligence processes. They will also possess strong analytical and negotiation skills, as well as excellent business acumen and customer focus.

  • Conduct comprehensive feasibility analyses to identify potential residential development projects.
  • Analyze financial data and assess potential risks associated with each project.
  • Develop detailed recommendations for senior management, taking into account market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Negotiate with stakeholders, including landowners, developers, and regulatory bodies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in property acquisition and development.
  • Advanced knowledge of relevant planning frameworks and due diligence processes.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
