Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and ensuring high-quality food is served to our guests.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in professional cooking with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar environment. They will also possess a minimum of 12 months of experience as a Sous Chef, with excellent leadership and teamwork skills. A relevant culinary qualification or equivalent trade experience is essential. The ideal candidate will have flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the kitchen team in preparing and serving high-quality food
  • Assist Head Chefs in managing day-to-day operations
  • Create menus that adhere to brand guidelines
  • Maintain accurate records of food stock and orders
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service
