About Us:

We are seeking a skilled Event Coordinator to join our team. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of high-quality events and conferences.

  • You will work closely with our stakeholders to ensure that every event is a success.

The role involves coordinating all logistical aspects of both internal and external event delivery from event conception, on-the-day delivery, and collecting and preparing feedback from clients.

You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining relationships with key individuals who contribute to the requirements of meetings.

We require someone with proven experience in an event coordinator position, a commitment to client service, and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Coordinating events and conferences from conception to delivery
    • Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
    • Providing exceptional customer service
    • Ensuring timely and accurate communication

Able to balance multiple priorities and events efficiently and effectively.

We require proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 2010, particularly strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

We offer a flexible work schedule, including working early mornings, nights, and occasional weekends.
