Event Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced professional to oversee conference and event activities, ensuring high standards of quality service and delivering memorable guest experiences.

  • Coordinate daily event operations, including efficient setup and optimal staffing.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team through regular feedback and performance reviews.
  • Train staff to meet company standards and comply with all regulations.
  • Support HR processes, including performance management and development.
  • Participate in event planning meetings to share updates and plan for upcoming events.

The successful candidate will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality or a related field.
  • 4+ years' experience in event coordination and F&B supervision.
  • A valid RSA certification.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational, and training abilities.
