We are looking for an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive user engagement and retention across our platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lifecycle/CRM marketing with a focus on mobile apps and consumer subscription businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning the planning, execution, and analysis of campaigns and programs that deepen customer value.
  • Designing and optimising journeys from onboarding through re-engagement, across free and paid cohorts.
  • Partnering with product, growth and data teams to map out key user moments and implement behaviour-triggered automations.
  • Defining and tracking KPIs — including retention, churn, winback rate, conversion to paid, and messaging performance.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication and project management abilities, and a passion for driving business growth through customer engagement strategies.

Requirements
  • 3-5+ years experience in lifecycle/CRM marketing with a focus on mobile apps and consumer subscription businesses.
  • Deep knowledge of Braze or similar customer engagement platforms.
  • Strong understanding of subscription metrics: churn, CAC, LTV, trial conversion, etc.
  • Data-literate: able to interpret funnel metrics and design campaigns to drive growth.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.
Nice to Have
  • Experience working with parenting, family, or lifestyle brands.
  • Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for email formatting.
