Job Title: Rehabilitation Specialist

This role is for a highly motivated and experienced professional who will work closely with clients to deliver rehabilitation services that help individuals navigate complex plans. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a client-centred approach, and tertiary qualifications in Counselling or Psychology.

About the Role:
  • Deliver assessments and counselling to individuals facing sudden changes in their career goals and circumstances.
  • Conduct assessments to guide individuals towards new careers.
  • Collaborate and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.
  • Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs assisting injured employees to return to work.
What We're Looking For:
  • A tertiary qualification in Counselling or Psychology.
  • Registration with relevant authorities.
  • Passionate about helping individuals navigate complex plans.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
