As an Everyday Independence Speech Pathologist, you will play a critical role in providing life-changing speech pathology services to NDIS participants in Melton and surrounding areas.

This is a full-time position, however part-time would also be considered.

About The Role

You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals, utilizing evidence-based measurement tools and skills in assessment to create therapy plans and provide support to participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding.

  • You will work in diverse settings, including homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces, and community centers.
  • You will build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports (family, carers, friends).
  • You will attend weekly team meetings in the Hub, sharing stories of impact and collaborating with your team.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a Speech Pathology.
  • SPA Registration.
  • A positive and flexible approach to work.
  • Strong communication skills and a team player attitude.
  • Commitment to personal and professional development.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check.
  • Working with Childrens Check.

The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. We value expertise in speech pathology and recognize its importance in driving positive change for individuals with disabilities.
