Salary Package
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $85,000 per annum, plus generous benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development. Job Description
We are seeking experienced and motivated therapists to join our team as Clinical Therapists. As a Clinical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based clinical services to children and adults with developmental delay and/or disability. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver therapy services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical service delivery under the NDIS
- Engage in and lead clinical work that is guided by evidence-based practice
- Develop and communicate ideas for innovation and improvement
- Recognise and support cultural, spiritual and neurodiversity of customers
- Ensure clear customer documentation
- Work collaboratively, with enthusiasm, recognising contributions from all members of the team
- Actively participate in staff supervision process
- Support other staff and participate in student placements

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant qualification in a field such as occupational therapy, speech pathology or physiotherapy
- Experience working with children and adults with developmental delay and/or disability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using technology and software applications
