We are looking for a Speech Pathologist to provide life-changing speech pathology to NDIS participants in Melton and surrounding areas.

This position is ideal for a Speech Pathologist seeking a full-time role, but part-time opportunities are also available.

As a Speech Pathologist at Everyday Independence, you will work in diverse settings, including homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres.

You will utilise an evidence-based measurement tool and your skills in assessment to create therapy plans and provide life-changing speech pathology to support participants in achieving their goals and maximising NDIS funding.

You will work within an interdisciplinary team of passionate and dedicated allied health professionals, building meaningful relationships with participants and their supports.

You will attend weekly team meetings in the Hub, sharing stories of impact, coffee, and laughs.

You will tap into the knowledge and support of your Team Leader and dedicated Therapy Mentor.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology
  • SPA Registration
  • A positive and flexible approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and a team player
  • Commitment to personal and professional development
  • Valid driver's license
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Working with Children's Check
  • Experience working in NDIS/disability is preferred, but not essential.
