About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Habit Coach to join our team at Everyday Independence, a dynamic organisation committed to changing the game for people with disabilities.

As a Habit Coach, you will work with NDIS participants in Melton and surrounding areas, supporting them in developing greater independence and reaching their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement therapy plans provided by primary therapists
  • Support participants across all ages and stages of life
  • Work under the guidance of primary therapists to enable participants to develop greater independence

Requirements:

  • Studying a university degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, or Physiotherapy (minimum 2nd year)
  • Or have completed a Certificate 3 or 4 in Allied Health Assistance or an equivalent qualification with demonstrated experience in a similar position
  • Consistent and ongoing availability to work
  • Ability to travel to regional/surrounding areas
  • Demonstrated ability to follow instructions, emotional intelligence, and empathy
  • Valid Australian driver's license and access to your own vehicle
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check and Working with Children's Check
