The Team Leader Men's Programs is a key leadership position responsible for the strategic direction and delivery of men's programs at CatholicCare NT. This role requires a strong leader who can inspire and motivate a team to achieve exceptional outcomes in the area of men's family violence prevention and response.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of program staff to deliver high-quality services to men who have used violence against their partners or children.
- Develop and implement program strategies to address the complex needs of men who have used violence, with a focus on behavior change and rehabilitation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to men's services, including program development, service delivery, and evaluation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and other service providers, to ensure effective partnerships and service coordination.
- Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and guidelines that support the delivery of men's services, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to achieve better outcomes.
- Relevant qualifications in psychology, social work, welfare studies, or a related field, with significant experience in a leadership role in men's services.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective programs and services for men who have used violence, with a focus on behavior change and rehabilitation.
- Strong understanding of men's family violence response frameworks, risk assessment, and safety principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including men who have used violence, their families, and community members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform program development and service delivery.
