Identity and Access Management (IAM) Solution Architect

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IAM Solution Architect to lead our enterprise identity strategy, roadmap, and execution. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership skills to drive secure, scalable, and compliant identity solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement IAM strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans across workforce and customer identity access management platforms.
  • Design and govern IAM solutions, including Okta, SailPoint IdentityNow, and supporting technologies.
  • Oversee identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, de-provisioning, role-based access control, and access reviews.
  • Lead incident response and root cause analysis for IAM-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with business, security, and IT stakeholders to align IAM capabilities with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and 16+ years of experience in IAM, with leadership experience in enterprise-scale environments.

  • Deep technical expertise in IAM, including Okta, SailPoint IdentityNow, and supporting technologies
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to develop and implement IAM strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans
