About the Role
  • Participate in a two-year Graduate Program with hands-on experience across various projects and operations.
  • Contribute to the Product Performance & Innovation team at Brisbane facilities.
  • Support research, testing, and quality initiatives nationwide.
  • Gain a deep understanding of bulk products and their performance in concrete applications.
  • Assist with routine and non-routine testing of cement, concrete, and related materials.
  • Support product development and innovation aligned with the carbon reduction roadmap.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with engineers and scientists.
  • Work in both lab and field environments for compliance and quality outcomes.
  • Get exposure to customer and commercial interfaces to understand real-world product performance.
  • Contribute to technical investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in structured rotations across Brisbane (QLD), Railton (TAS), Gladstone (QLD), and Clyde (NSW).
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Hold or be completing a degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar.
  • Desire to apply technical knowledge in practical settings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and data interpretation abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines.
  • Willingness to relocate for rotations, with support provided for moves to new locations.
