Service Installation Technician Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair, maintain, and install Rheem's range of products in the Brisbane metropolitan area.
  • Respond to after-sales calls with a professional manner, mindful of customer importance.
  • Evaluate and rectify appliance problems efficiently or install and commission appliances according to quotations.
  • Maintain knowledge and attend training across the full product range.
  • Act in a manner conducive to good health and safety of oneself and the general public.

Requirements:

  • Commitment, motivation, energy, and reliability are essential qualities for this role.
  • A trade qualification in Plumbing and Gas Fitting/Servicing is required.
  • An additional restricted Electrical license and a current Queensland automatic driver's license are also necessary.
  • Comfortable use of electronic communication/information devices is expected.
