The Role

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust data architecture that enables effective rostering and scheduling. This includes identifying key performance indicators, integrating data from multiple systems, and enabling AI-powered insights to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver scalable data infrastructure to support workforce analytics and decision-making.
  • Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality data integrations with various systems and tools.
  • Create interactive dashboards and visualisations using Power BI and Tableau.
  • Presentation of findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across teams to establish new data standards, connectors, and system relationships.

About You

You are an analytical thinker with a deep understanding of modern data systems and a passion for making complex data meaningful. You thrive in fast-paced environments and have excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience designing comprehensive data architectures for business operations.
  • Hands-on experience integrating data from multiple systems using APIs, connectors, or similar tools.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis and dashboard creation (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Experience preparing data for AI models.
  • Strong ability to communicate insights and technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Hold a degree in Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
