Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation and ongoing performance of administrative support functions within a busy, dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations and be able to identify and develop initiatives that drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the implementation and ongoing performance of administrative support functions
  • Develop and implement initiatives to drive continuous improvement
  • Embed processes to assist the leadership team manage business policy and compliance
  • Manage adherence with relevant procedures and practices
  • Lead, develop and support small teams to achieve outstanding results

  • Exceptional administration skills, including budget management and financial analysis
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to prepare complex reports and convey financial and operational insights
