Job Description:

Lead a team of professionals in the delivery of high-quality care to residents across 39 facilities in regional Australia. As a strategic leader, you will drive operational performance, empower your team to deliver exceptional outcomes, and achieve financial objectives.

This role requires strong commercial and clinical insight, with a proven track record of overseeing residential aged care operations. You will lead, mentor, and hold managers accountable while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure safe, consumer-directed care that meets accreditation and quality standards
  • Drive continuous improvement for resident outcomes and experiences
  • Lead and support managers to build a positive culture, accountability, and high performance
  • Improve morale, attraction, retention, and development of staff across all homes
  • Drive the financial performance of the residential division, ensuring targets and consistency are met
Requirements:

A highly experienced leader with exceptional commercial and clinical insight is required. Key qualifications include:

  • Proven experience overseeing residential aged care operations across a large number of sites
  • Strong knowledge of Australian aged care standards, accreditation, and compliance requirements
  • Commitment to delivering safe, consumer-directed care and consistently high-quality outcomes
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and hold managers accountable while fostering a positive workplace culture
  • Financial acumen with a record of achieving operational and budgetary targets
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and sustainable growth
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
