As a seasoned Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Operations and QA team.
We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our National DVA team in delivering high-quality medical opinions that meet stringent requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the National DVA Operations and QA team
- Facilitating team meetings
- Developing process documentation
- Updating knowledge management systems
- Contributing to training development and delivery
- Maintaining currency of knowledge and skills
The successful candidate will have:
- A degree in a health-related science or relevant discipline
- Minimum 2-5 years' experience in DVA report types
- Outstanding collaboration and relationship building skills
- Exceptional emotional intelligence
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
