Job Summary

A Practice Manager plays a key role in driving operational excellence, ensuring the smooth delivery of quality patient care while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

  • Collaborating with lead doctors to optimize practice workflows
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure exceptional patient care
  • Facilitating inductions and training sessions for new staff members
  • Managing the diary scheduling system, including waitlist management and appointment coordination with the Clinical Team
  • Providing solution-focused management of clinic operations and resolving doctor queries efficiently

Requirements
  • Experience in GP medical reception or practice management is desirable
  • Strong leadership and senior administrative skills are essential
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with Medicare, DVA, Work Cover, HICAPS, and Private Health Insurance billings is preferred
  • Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills are required
