The Role

This is an entry-level position that involves providing sampling and testing services for coal mining clients in relation to their coal production, shipping and exploration initiatives.

The role is based at our Mackay branch and will service the local coal export ports.

This opportunity would suit a candidate looking to pursue a career in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide sampling and testing services for coal mining clients
  • Work as part of a team to achieve common goals
  • Develop basic maths and computing skills
  • Work shift work with overtime on weekends as needed
  • Perform manual handling tasks
Requirements
  • A valid QLD C Class manual driver's license and reliable transport
  • Reliable and able to work as part of a team
  • Basic maths and computing skills
  • Physical fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks
  • Ongoing Drug & Alcohol testing and ability to meet site inductions
